YOGA

In today's competitive life children deal with many distractions, temptation and peer pressure. We at school believe that Yoga is positive tool than can create positive impact on children. We also believe that children learn best by doing and when you teach kids, it's not about telling them - it's about creating experience for them where they connect the dots, and create new dots. With help of Yoga every morning, we teach children how to control their energy so that they can focus and concentrate better. Our students participated and won multiple International and National Yoga competition.

MEDITATION

Bhagavat Gita says - “When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a candle in a windless place”. It has been proved that regular meditation will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety. We at our school believe that meditation sharpens the mind by gaining focus and expands through relaxation. We help students to cultivate a habit of meditating so that they feel mentally fresh and able to deal with difficult situations more easily. We at school teach our students that – learning to control our mind, meditating everyday, is the greatest gift we can give to our nervous & immune system because both of them get reinforced. Lord Buddha rightly said – Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance.
